Today.

2 1/2 cups of very strong skim cold coffee. - 240 cal
A small apple - 50 cal
Lots of water.
Black tea.

Managed to cook bacon and eggs for the girls for breakfast, didnt eat any. Then chips and pies for their lunch, didnt have any. Managed to avoid dinner completely, thankgoodness. You know, with four kids in the house, not eating is easier. I cook, they assume I eat, I fuss over getting them sitting, condiments, serving etc. There is so much activity most of the time they overlook me not eating.

290 calories today. 50 minutes of cardio. Feel fantastic and hungry, but that too feels fantastic. New mantra. sit up - 'perfect', back down - 'control' *then count*. Very basic but very effective, I did over 300 sit ups and crunches.

Tomorrow, I will be just as perfect. I am strong. I can do this...just keep telling myself that. 11 kilos to go to GW 2. 20 kilos til GW 3.
Just 12 more kilos til my surgery, then up to 4 kilos of disgusting skin will be cut off. I'm so close, I cant stop now. I'm almost perfect.
