Day 4 ABC, going strong :)

today - porridge - 130
Salad - 30
salad dressing and tuna - 110
small egg white omlette - 60
6 grapes - 18

348 calories. Still under my abc limit of 400. 100 calories tomoro. I will be in control of myself and do it. I am strong. Just keep saying it like a mantra and maybe one day I'll be perfect.

On the plus side, a skirt that my friend gave me three months ago - which at the time I couldnt even get over my thighs and hips, I am now wearing and it fits perfectly. :)
I hope you lovelies are as gorgeous as ever. Stick with it, you are all fantastic :)
