I know I'll have an appalling hangover tomorrow, and my bus London-Leeds was 30 min late, but I would like to thank the day for such an amazing event allowing me to meet in person so many legends I lost count. John Cleese, Michael Palin, The Goodies, Connie Booth, Andrew Sachs, Melody Lang, Nicky Henson... and, OMG, Barry Cryer himself offered me a fag, pity I have given up smoking!! Mrs.Palin said she remembered me, and Mr.Cleese said we must have met, so now I know what celebrity is about! The latter statement was a joke, just in case. The now Mrs.Cleese is great, and Connie Booth is still the beautiful Polly. Well I'd say all of them haven't changed, to my eyes. Tim Brooke-Taylor's chuckle sounds the same it was on black-and-white TV!
