This is an excerpt from my notes from an April meeting about studying abroad. I was going over them today and couldn't stop shaking my head at my former (and, let's face it, present) self. The bold bits are the comments I scribbled in the margins.

Anyway, I was amused as I read back over the notes. I guess if I ever encounter a real French street gang I will be terribly put out if they don't have top hats.
