christmas is goood
i completely scored this year. my parents finally had money this year and decided to make up for all of the Christmases that they were unable to do what they wanted. they bought my brother a laptop so they decided to spend the same amount on me in gifts. i mean, it's so wrong that at 28 my parents are spending like $800 on me, but who am I to complain? the kid scored too even though he has no idea what's going on. he completely opened his own presents, definitely my kid. so here's the breakdown:
from parents:
4 sets of my wedding china that completes my collection
4 flutes of my wedding crystal
a Coach travel bag
temperpedic house slippers
chandelier earrings/broach
from bryan's parents:
a super soft robe from the gap
a LCD flat screen computer monitor
an umbrella with a squishy soft handle
a germ terminator toothbrush sanitizer
8 accent bowls for my china
from bryan:
roxy "ugg" boots
gift card to barnes and noble (which i already spent)
gift card to old navy
a chenile oversized blanket
a sugar bowl for my china
a hot pink crocodile purse
a massaging bath pillow
a white gold diamond floating heart necklace (the finale gift)
from dean:
a Coach pink/silver keychain coin purse (which i exchanged for the larger wristlet)
from my boss:
eternity purple orchid perfume
$100 gift card to Coach
That's what I can remember....it's crazy i know. There were other odds and ends that escape me right now. as you can see there was a "china" theme...i found out recentley that they don't make my china anymore so I have been on a mission to find the sets to complete my 10 sets and accessories. so people are rushing to get things for me. it's Lenox, Braided Elegance. my crystal is still available at Waterford so I'm not as concerned about that.
I got bryan a Dell MP3 player that he said he wanted a while back but now has decided that he won't use it as much as he should. so i'm returning it and he's going to get some of his tattoos finished. I thought I had the best gift but I struck out. oh well, at least he's comfortable enough to let me know and now he can get what he wants.
