Again, first period. Nothing too interesting happened yesterday, so I'll be short, I think. Lol.
Anyways, so I went to dance class (you all know I do Irish? Yea, 5 years), and we were learning this new step which is like, hella cool. I got a pair of old-fashioned tights, you know the ones with a seam up the back? And since they're black (Irish wears black tights, jazz/tap wears "suntan"... a tacky orange-brown color, and ballet wears white/pink which I lurrrrrve, anyways), I can wear them with regular clothes as well. It is quite the cool-ness. Anyway, so yea, we learned this step, then at the end my teacher played this INCREDIBLY fast double-jig music from Riverdance...
(Alright, most of you probably won't know what I mean in this sentence, it's in Irish-Step speak but I'll describe as best as I can)
... and it's called the "lazy rock" step. You start out with rocks, which is when you cross your feet, so they're next to eachother (you know, like the outside of your left foot is to the outside of your right), and then you rock, which is like bending your right ankle and putting all your weight on the left foot, then doing the opposite, then bending the left again. It's cool. Looks like you're breaking it but when you do it correctly, it's not dangerous. And then there is a double shuffle in it, which is like shuffling your foot in front of you (you know, scrape forward, scrape backward) TWICE, and really fast...
Okay I'll stop rambling on about dance, I've probably lost interest already, LMFAO. Bye everyoneeeeeeee.
