Hello hello hello

I've actually just jumped into bed it's midnight here in London, it's been a really long day and we've got a few hrs here tomorrow morning before taking the Eurostar back to Paris. One night in Paris before our flight to New York!!! I'm very excited.
London has been fabulous the weather is amazing, last time I was here it was about 10 yrs ago and so much has changed since then. My sister came up to London last night just for dinner but it was really lovely as its a long drive just for dinner, but I'm so glad she did as I don't know when I'll see her next, miss her already.
There been a few moments of stress travelling with my friend KC the most annoying was that when we were in Paris I didn't get a good fangirl moment because when we got to the bridge where Leslie and Ben placed the lock I was so excited and looking around for the spot, she literally told me to hurry up, made me so angry. I still managed to place a little Tasmania something in the bridge for Courtknees1to find, international scavenger hunt ( ... )

I think they're cutting all of the locks off of the bridge, tragically. :(

Yeah, they cut them off periodically so the bridge doesn't collapse under the weight, haha. But I'll be in Paris only a couple of weeks after crazemazing so there is hope that her keychain will still be there! She might need to send me some photographic clues to help find it amongst the millions of locks though.

I'll send some picks when I get some wifi and he pics are on my iPad, yay for wifi from my camera. I was going to write Pawnee goddesses Hibart on the lock but I didn't have a pen or anything then I was getting the hurry up from KC :(
It has two Tassie key rings so if you do find it feel free to take away a souvenir :)

I think it will be safe for the moment, it's not on the main Lock bridge which was all boarded up when I was there, that's one they are removing locks from. It's actually not on a bridge at all but a fence around a monument, so hopefully all good :) for now anyway

Sounds like it's been a great trip so far! Aside from the missed fangirl moment of course. What has been your favorite meal of your trip so far?

So many great meals, I'd have to say the Austrian Meal we got was definitely a favourite, the whole night was amazing. Started with a Beer tasting and boy did he know his stuff, the place we stayed was like a small ski lodge, it was just our group and they cooked us a home cooked meal, their son was acting as waiting so cute :)
Tomato and veg soup with cream, main of veal I think, with a creamy sauce, rice and salad they also came out to see if anyone wants seconds. Desert was apple strudel which I wasn't too excited about as I don't like cooked apples but I gave it a go and was ok with it. Night finished off with many drinks and games in his little ba area, he so served us shots on a ski :)
Hope you and Maple baby are we he must be getting so big already, my niece that lives in England turns 5 in as couple of mths, miss her already.

I'm so jelly of your 30 shot glasses! Sounds like an awesome addition to your collection.

Bummer about the bridge. They are cutting all the locks off, though (as Amber mentioned). Sounds like the trip is going well for the most part (irritation aside ;))
