Government Shutdown--The Future of Pawnee: Express Your Thoughts and Feelings about Pawnee’s Future
Welcome to Part 2 of the final week of our Government Shutdown. I am thrilled to be partnering with the sparkling mongoose clubgetright. Today, we turn our attention to fanfic/fanart.
To quote Plan 9 From Outer Space, "We are all interested in the future, for that is where you and I are going to spend the rest of our lives." In this case, we're interested in what you think will happen in Pawnee. But not just 2017-how about 2027, 2037, or even 2047?
For example, has Jerry retired by 2027? In 2037, the triplets, John Swanson, and Oliver Perkins-Traeger will all be in their early 20s. What are they up to? In 2047, does Leslie publish her memoirs? Did Andy and April ever adopt an old Romanian orphan? Hell, did the raccoons completely take over?
Write a drabble, draw a picture, even make a fanmix (maybe Tom DJs the triplets' 16th birthday? What hits from the 2010s does he play?), whatever strikes your fancy. Post here, on your LJ account, or on Tumblr (please provide the link here if not posting directly on thread).
