Stuck at doing office hours at school. Will be the longest office hours ever.

Ugh, I feel your pain. I'm teaching-assistanting a night class ALL NIGHT. Well, not literally all night, but close enough.

Actually I'm supposed to be in office hours right now, come to think of it. No one ever comes, though.

Ha, I either get no one or EVERY STUDENT I HAVE EVER HAD all at once. And then I go lock myself in the bathroom so I can get a moment alone.

Also, can you come be my teaching assistant? I would really like one and you seem awesome.

Mine will start showing up in exactly two weeks, when midterms start.

I am a totally super awesome teaching assistant, as long as you don't need me to create Excel spreadsheets from scratch.

I hate that I work Thursday nights. I really, really hate that I work Thursday nights. So I am going to eat things that are bad for me (because I am a free American) and look at photos of puppies (or something cute, anyway) until I actually have to show up at job #2. And I'll join you all tomorrow night. (Or morning, if I decide to secretly watch the episode while my boyfriend is at work and then pretend I waited for him.)

Secret watching all the way! I did that with HP7 pt2. I had a date to see it with Mr. Long Distance but then a friend got tickets for a midnight show where they played pt 1 right before midnight. He will never know.

I have most of tomorrow off. I shall create bacon cupcakes as a diversionary tactic.

Stillscape, I vote for secret watching. Just practice your "Oh my God, I can't believe that happened" face.

Luckily all of my facial expressions are pretty deadpan, so that's not much of an issue. I just have to remember to reset the DVR so that the episode plays from the beginning...

This will be my first episode discussion EVER(!) and I am so excited! (Yay - Left Coasters!)

I've seriously been anticipating this all day, which is hard when EVERYTHING reminds me of Ben/Leslie and/or the show.

Examples:
-Red shirt/black pants Ron Swanson/Tiger Woods style - Yep, I saw that today.
-I'm a teacher and two of our spelling words this week are "cute" and "cube." (Seriously!)
-Also, there's a book about John Muir on display at the library and it reminds me of the fic, "The Wallflowers" by scullyseviltwin (which is awesome, btw.)

This show has taken over my world and I love it! Let the flailing begin!

PS-If we're voting, which, we totally are, I vote for secret watching, Stillscape. You can pull it off. Channel your "opposite of Ben and Leslie" sneakiness.
