Yesterday I was trying to walk up the stairs to the 700 building, but somehow I tripped and got this huge cut on the bottom of my toe. I didn't notice until it started bleeding all over the floor of my trig classroom, so then I had to go down to the office. Ron cleaned it, then drove me to the band room, where I got sneakers, and then to the elevator, so I could go get my backpack from trig. Then for the rest of the period I just sat in the office calling my mom to find out when I'd last had tetanus shots. Ron suggested that I go to the doctor's after school, but my dad decided that the cut was clean enough that it wouldn't be necessary, since the big flap of skin has started to stick to the rest of my toe again.
Now I have to walk everywhere on the side of my foot.

In other news, having a 4 day weekend is amazing. I fell asleep at 11 last night and didn't wake up until after noon. The Vassars are coming over for Thanksgiving tonight, so the house smells like turkey. Yum.
