OMG this is the freaking 4th time in a month that the apartment complex has been targeted by stupid toilet paperers. It's driving me up the wall. I am really sick today. There's no way I can go out there and clean it up today. I can barely turn my head let alone climb a freaking TREE. The little bastards. I'm calling the substation today cuz I can't deal with this anymore.
