Dan Harmon being kicked off Community is basically the worst thing and while I'll tune in next season to see how it goes, I'm probably going to accept this season as it's true and final season. Just... I'm sorry but Dan Harmon IS Community. It's his baby. And, even though Dan can be a huge asshole and is seemingly really difficult to work with, I can't help but really like him? The way he talks about shit is really interesting and intelligent and cyclical and I relate to that and I relate to the things he writes and says and does.
He's just horrifically, wonderfully human and he brought that to Community. Even when things are at their most gimmicky, there was still this underlying happy sadness that infected the whole show. Community was basically one of my main sources of support when I was at the deepest part of the depression well and it means SO DAMN MUCH to me.
I don't really know where I'm going with this. Taking Community out of Dan Harmon's hands is a huge mistake.
