Last time we saw Laurel Nostromo, she'd just married the lovely Wanetta, by aijux, after a few dates and more than a few mistakes when it came to seducing her.
With the very generous funds the new Mrs Nostromo brought to the household, we get a makeover! And I'm strangely proud of it, so have a tour:
Since this generation is all about the garden, I decided to build the whole house around the greenhouse.
We have a kitchen/eating area...
...an entryway...
...a bedroom with proof of their two dream dates...
...a living room...
...and some pretty awesome views.
As you can see, it's still pretty bare. And the two future kiddy rooms are not yet really done.
For some inexplicable reason, Laurel looks mad at Wanetta in the loading screen. Also, because I forgot to share earlier, Wanetta is sloppy (1), outgoing (8), lazy (1), playful (8) and nice (7). Her aspiration is family/fortune and her LTW is having 10 simultaneous pet best friends. She was a senior manager when she joined the family, but she had to quit to become Mrs Farmer Giles.
First harvest! Bland as expected, but still worth some monies :D
Nakey couch times, which in my game are exponentially more common than any other nakey times. It's like they see the cushions and feel the need to bare their booties and get friendly with each other.
Wanetta gets her hands dirty, quite literally.

As you can see, our fine ladies have pretty different reactions to fights. The cop lost, just as an FYI.
Wanetta's manners are about as wonderful as Laurel's. The kidlets have no chance.
Farmer wives! How is this not a reality show? Or is it? Please tell me it isn't. Maybe I'm confusing it with the one about the farmer trying to find a wife.
Please notice Wanetta is wearing a coat, and Laurel is in the water. Wanetta is not overdressed at all.

Brains. They don't have any.
I have no idea what that is all about. Not that it affected them and their monkey-sexing all over the house, so I guess she's just cray-cray.
See? More monkey sex. In bed this time.
Pochi comes back for a visit, which makes us all ridiculously happy.

Pochi gets his own wee little dog bed, because he's cute and deserves to be spoiled.
He then proceeds to make me regret it.
I guess farming life is not as relaxed as it looks like, then?
Pochi continues letting me know he's not into the whole "cute doggy" act.
Also, he has balls of steel and messes with the wolves every time one of them walks near him.
Wanetta gets her first badge!
And in the meantime, Laurel has yet another nightmare. She's been unable to sleep for more than a couple hours straight for a full 24hrs. All she does is garden and monkey-sex it up with her wife. What could possibly give her nightmares?
Her filthy dog, perhaps?
Who knows.
We take Pochi out shopping for a collar, just in case he decides to run away. Which wouldn't surprise me considering he's only done annoying stuff so far.
At the pet shop, they run into the lovely Avi by mousemedic
Laurel takes the chance to wash Pochi, because the Nostromos can't afford a bathtub just yet.
Now squeaky clean, Pochi gets some attention from the adorable Teodora, by brilliantsims
Well, someone is still nonsensically mad.

Well, this explains the nightmares, falling asleep on her food, moodswings, etc. I guess it's a fair price to pay for not having any nausea?
GO LAUREL!
And with this, Laurel completes Plan B (Barbossa's Buried Booty), and the future spawn gets a nursery :D
And not only a nursery, but also three trees!

And Laurel gets a new dress, to show off her second POP!

Meet baby Stella! Stella has Laurel's skin and eyes, and both mamas' hair. She's named for spacecraft Stella, which was in a geodesy mission.

The birth of baby Stella has apparently fixed Laurel's weird anger issues :D
The next day, simsforaranya's Rayvyn Valyntyn stops by to pet Pochi. I can't blame her really, I'd stop by to pet Pochi too.

It's Stella's birthday!
Oh Stella, you cutie patootie. She has Wanetta's eye shape and what looks like Laurel's mouth. I can't tell on the nose yet, and her ears are inexplicably un-pointy :(

She does this a lot. Pretty much every second one of her moms isn't paying attention to her.
Wanetta is still very motherly.

While Laurel ignores the basic motherly tasks, she's all in for the fun parts.
Aaaaaand Pochi gets his punishment for all his past crimes.

Of course Wanetta has to outdo her wife, and while Laurel grows mouthwatering veggies, Wanetta grows a whole new human baby.

And this lovely lady is Juno Nostromo! With Wanetta's skin, Laurel's eyes and both girls' black hair. Juno is named after a spacecraft launch vehicle.
Laurel is suitably excited about her second daughter being born.
And the girls get a new nursery!
Stella: NO LEAVE ME ALONE OMG I WILL NOT POOP IN HERE THIS IS DISGRACEFUL
Stella: OMG POOP! POOP IN THE DUNGEONS DIAPER! SOMEONE PLEASE TAKE IT AWAY!
As I said. She does this a lot.
Whenever she's not screaming like a banshee, Stella likes to get herself some charisma points in preparation, just in case she gets made heir.
It's Stella's birthday! And I missed it! Poor Stella.
And before Stella can even get a makeover, baby Juno gets a proper birthday cake. Poor Stella, really.

Toddler Juno looks serious. And like she knows something we don't. By the way, Juno has Wanetta's eye shape, Laurel's ears and mouth, and an undetermined nose.
Kid Stella is still very pissed off pretty much constantly. But she's also adorable, so I'll put up with the whining.
And with this double birthday with belly pop thrown in for good measure, we leave the Nostromos for now!
Next up: more babies! a maid! weeds!
