Oomph!
Oomph! is a Neue Deutsche Härte band that has been going strong for over 25 years now. They are one of the first NDH bands.
NDH is basically smooth industrial metal with german lyrics. Another name for it is Tanzmetall (dance metal), which is frequently appropriate. Especially for Oomph! (less so for Rammstein).
Oomph! is a seriously enjoyable band whose lyrics are generally safe. They aren't offensive, and while some of them may be rather risque for your grandmother, you'll be safe as long as she doesn't speak german.
