Big changes
Hello Ladies,
I've been a part of the lesbian livejournal community for a long time but I don't often post. I tend to just read and comment once in a while. My long term partner and I have recently split up. We were together about 5 years. We have a son together who is almost 8. We are still living together and are getting along really well. The break up hasn't been bitter or devastating and we are very much focused on what is best for our son. I am going to be 32 this year and I haven't been single in a really long time and it's kind of a foreign concept.
I am from Ontario Canada, shout out to all the Canadians out there! I don't really know what kind of comments I'm looking for as I post this. I guess I would like to hear from others who were in long term relationships and how it worked out after the break up. Thanks for reading and commenting :)
