here is an email from my cousin telling all who care that my old sweet pig wedensday has passed away. after nearly getting evicted from owning wednesday, my cousin and her family gladly took her in to there rodent loving home. they started calling her "weep weep" because of her distinctive squeaking. she will be missed.
Hello, everyone--
It was a very sad day today, as we put Weep Weep to
sleep at 4:00 this afternoon. She recently developed
cancer and despite our best efforts, stopped eating
yesterday.
Knowing that other treatments such as tube-feeding and
steroids would only cause her to suffer, we made the
difficult decision to bring her into the vet clinic
and put her to sleep while she still had her spunk and
distinctive Weep Weep personality.
We had her for four great years and she was truly part
of the family, we will truly miss her. She was a
little pig that was full of personality and had a
definite idea about how she wanted things done. She
was also exceptionally friendly and sweet, purring
whenever you pet her and enjoying her kitchen floor
adventures every other day. Her favorite destination
once she was on the floor was the cat food dish, where
she happily munched away at our $20.00 a bag
prescription food! (:
I am happy to say that she was not in pain or
suffering when we put her to sleep, she still had her
spark and her distinctive "Weep Weep ness," and she
was in overall good condition. We were with her every
minute, and she went very peacefully and easily.
I'm sending a picture of her in her favorite place, I
took it this month and I think it really captures her
personality.
Hug your pets every day, and let them know you love
them.
