lovely day
Despite feeling like a leaky faucet (stupid TOD..), I had a pretty good day today. And even though i didn't really understand anything my Economics teacher was saying.. would any of you happen to have an extensive knowledge on macroeconomics? *sigh* I should have taken it in Brent.
I had a break from 11am to 2:30pm. I just stayed in the CSA tambayan for the whole time, playing pusoy dos and gin with two decks of cards ^_^ I'm not tired of it yet. Oh yeah, and one of my friends, Filbert, was serenaded to by a group of guys! O_o We thought they were from UP Babaylan (an organization of gays) but they were sent by his girlfriend. It was so sweet!! ^_^ They sang "Perfect" ("you aaaaaaaaare..... perfeeeeecctt.."), if you guys know the song, it's an oldie. You could see tears welling up in his eyes... Now that's something, to make a guy cry when he gets all mushy.. *lol*
The rest of my classes went by smoothly (that means without me feeling dozing off..). Speaking of dozing off, in my Nat Sci II class one of my seatmates fell asleep & the teacher got annoyed *lol* Even when she called her name, she still didn't wake up! ^_^; Japanese went well. We spent most of the time listening to our sensei talk about life in Japan when he was as exchange student there. He's so much more interesting than my Communications II teacher! They're both talkative, but my Comm II teacher talks mostly about himself and his achievements and all the famous people he knows.. so vain!
Anyway, tonight is such a cool night (literally). The sky is clear, the wind is breezy -- okay, that was redundant.. *lol* I was feeling just a tad depressed because I didn't have a valetine (physically) for tomorrow. So i just stayed in the garden for about 30 minutes with my dogs sleeping on my lap.. you know how they say that dogs are emotionally therapeutic? well, I felt a lot better after that ^_^ Especially since Lucky's already pregnant! ^__^
Then something unexpected came.. red carnations and balloons from Ryan!^_^ And he even wrote me a poem...a first! I couldn't help but cry.. I hope it doesn't sound weird when i say that it was like he was there with me.. I just miss that guy so much, and i feel so incomplete without him..
Anyway, that made my day ^_^ gotta find a vase...
