i just realized that i'm going to be so busy from now till the end of september. and to think early on in the semester i felt like none of the stress of work was hitting me...and now it's like one gigantic blow! T_T catering special topic report, formal dinner function, spanish banquet function, strategic management book review, cocktail function, feasibility project and exhibit, research paper for thesis, food and culture cuisine report... all within one and a half weeks before i go to... THAILAND!!!! whew! wow, when i look at it laid out in front of me.. i really do have a lot of stuff to do! >_< anyway, we will be awarded with a well-deserved vacation in thailand on oct 1-5. and to think our department head excused us from her class, and she's coming with us too! hehehe.. after that, then it's back to work for me.. off to hotel practicum!
