I finally got around to watching my dvd. And I went "kyaaaaa" more times than I can count. Okay, maybe not exactly "kyaaaaa", but more like the "eeeeeeeeeeeeee!!"-squeeing type. X3
THEIR VOICES GOT BETTER.♥
Kyaaa moment #01: The first time they came onstage (durr)
Kyaaa moment #02: KAME'S SOLO. ZOMG IT'S THE BEST THING SINCE SLICED BREAD. And when they revealed the back to show all those Johnnys in white in that humongous wall up on stage, it was like *______* a;slkdfjas;lkdfj I really really wanted to see this on dvd ever since I saw the fancam.
Kyaaa moment #03: Movin' On bench dance. Simple, but I thought it was really cute. :3
Kyaaa moment #04: The return of the duets!♥
Kyaaa moment #05: Those elevator things in YOU
Kyaaa moment #06: The super long MC + prison break skit + letter reading that I won't be able to understand until BNS comes out with the subs. XD Ahh thank goodness for generous fansubbers. Oh wait, I forgot the short KameDa moment.
Kyaaa moment #07: MARU'S SOLO. ZOMG THE OTHER BEST THING SINCE SLICED BREAD. The dancing, singing, everything was well-executed like woah and I never kyaaa'ed for Maru ever until now. Doesn't that mean something? XD
Kyaaa moment #08: UEDA'S SOLO. ZOMG TOTAL GACKT MOMENT. I THOUGHT I WAS WATCHING THE WRONG CONCERT. XDDD Even when I first heard the song, I immediately thought of Gackt for some reason. AND HIS VOICE WAS GREAT. *_* I always thought Ueda needed to work on his voice more, but the improvement is just... すごい. Oh, and the GACKT LASER LIGHTS. *_*
Kyaaa moment #09: EVERY TIME UEDA SMILES. And I'm glad he's smiling a lot more now. ちょかわいい!
Kyaaa moment #10: EVERY TIME KAME LOOKS AT/SMILES AT/INTERACTS WITH THE CAMERA.
Kyaaa moment #11: EVERY TIME JIN LOOKS AT/SMILES AT/INTERACTS WITH THE CAMERA.
Kyaaa moment #12: The last bit of Yorokobi no Uta. Um..Uebo again. BECAUSE THE CAMERA WAS AT THE RIGHT ANGLE AT THE RIGHT TIME.
Kyaaa moment #13: When Kame got the timing wrong and Jin sang the wrong lyrics in the Real Face encore. The subconscious Akame shipper in me couldn't help but remember what Jin said in an old interview one time about intentionally getting the lyrics wrong after Kame did the same, because "today I'm on Kame's side" X33333
And because life is fair, JE concerts also have their share of "Ehhhh???" moments. XD
Ehhh moment #01: Um. I know JE is one big happy family and they support each other and stuff, but this is a KAT-TUN concert, not an episode of Shounen Club. I just thought the HS7/ABC/Question? performances were out of place, even if they gave KT time to rest and change backstage.
Ehhh moment #02: Er, the theme. What exactly was it? Well, only JE can get away with putting shiny storybooks, bulldogs, and a police chase in one concert and have their performers turn the fans' brains to mush so that they don't notice the strangeness of it all.
Ehhh moment #03: The clothes. Either bright and frilly, or looking like someone went amok with scrap cloth and a sewing machine. What else is new? XD
Uh, I'm sure there were more, but my head is still reeling from the whole concert that the only moments that stuck were the nice ones. XD
Oh man, it's past 3am. loooool I should have watched it earlier.
In any case, I am SO watching it again. XD (not right now, of course. i need me sleep.)
