Yuukan Club was okay. Junno's character/acting amused me a lot. XD The new single seems nice, and I have a feeling Jin wrote it because of all the Engrish.
My dad left for Japan this morning. And I gave him a list of things to buy for pasalubong. XD All DVDs. BUT. I had to weed out the ones that may have questionable cover art. ^^; SO. I'm slightly embarrassed at the list I made, but here it is:
Plastic Tree - Kuro Tent
Plastic Tree - Nijigen Orgel
KAT-TUN - Live Kaizokuban
KAT-TUN - Live of KAT-TUN: Real Face
NewS - Never Ending Wonderful Story
GASP I know, three jyanny dvds. BUT it doesn't go against my vow to buy only gazette & pura stuff, because technically I won't be spending my own money, hehe. I told my dad the list is arranged according to importance, since I don't expect him to buy all of them.
ZERO dvd and Gazette's new single can't come quick enough. So I'm filling the gap by occupying myself with jdramas and JE sparklies. *_* and zomg SUMMARY 2004!!! = the most random concert ever, with dragons and Shinsengumi (half-hoping to spot Saitou's Ishiki XD) and sexy Spanish guitars (red fits KAT-TUN so well *_*) and Egyptian?vampires and dance showdowns (Tego w/ tonfa!♥) and gang fights in animal print and 50+ Johnnys singing and flying around in sparkly frills of all the colors of the rainbow (and boy, do Jyannys love the flying) = ♥♥♥ I seriously could only recognize 6-7 out of the 234981270398 songs they sang, but it was so amusing that I thoroughly enjoyed myself (perhaps I should have added this to the list XDDD). Why don't jrockers have choreographed fights except Gackt? XD lol
Speaking of Gackt, I'm in the process of ripping his MARS concert. Surprisingly, the Japanese version has Engrish subs! I don't know how to rip subs yet, but eventually I'll be posting it on jrockuploads.
So right now I'm waiting for L'Arc's album and Pura's dvd for this year. Lately there's been a series of incidents of people hacking into credit card accounts, and so my parents are advising me not to purchase any stuff online for a while. or forever. I don't know, but i haven't had a problem before, so I'll just wait and see. This also made me think about opening a second savings account, just in case one gets hacked or whatever. But it's not as if I have the money to make a second account just yet, lol.
Thailand trip has been moved to nov24. I want to go to Japan in March, and visit atchi in Singapore in May. But I haves no monies!
Okay, I wrote the above earlier this afternoon, and now I'm continuing it 8 hours later. Yay for autosaved drafts!
I watched Coffee Prince eps 9-10, and 10 ended aslkdfjalksd-ly and so I don't want to continue to 11 because the preview looks like I'll have to watch 12 right after. So I stopped and watched Pikanchi Double (or whatever it's called) and seeing husband!Sho was just ♥! And now it makes me want to hunt down the PV for that song. XD
But that's not why I continued this entry.
My mom comes into my room, saying my dad just called and that he bought two dvds.. and it cost over US$100. And to think she insisted that I just give him a list of things I wanted instead of buying it online, so I wouldn't have to spend more for shipping, lol. I didn't know it would be more expensive there too. Maybe it's the tax? I dunno.
So then, I wanted to tell him that he doesn't have to buy the rest anymore, since it's too expensive. BUT YAY, Globe's roaming service doesn't reach Japan. D: SO I had to look up the number for Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo and call him instead. And the PABX lady said there was NO SUCH ROOM NUMBER and no guest by that name. WHAT. D:
And then I found out that there were three Keio Plaza Hotels in Tokyo! DAD! DDD: So I called the second one, and again no such room number and the guy took so long to spell out my last name before saying "cannot find". Thank you. D:
Third time's the charm, so they say. AGAIN, no such room number.. because you told mom the wrong one, dad! DX xx81 =/= xx28! But he was still awake and we told him about our lovely little number chase and that he can stop looking for the other dvds.
What exactly was he able to buy? He said 4 & 5. XD
