agh, migraine!
My grandfather's 88th birthday dinner just finished. I think my dad's side of the family is the only family that finishes a party in 1 1/2 hours.. I think it's a Chinese thing to eat and run, lol. Not much socializing... which is okay with me. I have to stop being so antisocial. But when we have parties on my mom's side of the family, they can last till after midnight. The one tonight ended at 8:30! XD
I think it's great that I have an auntie on each side of the family who can bake REALLY WELL.♥ Auntie Annie brought 3 cakes tonight -- Chocolate Mousse, KitKat Cheesecake (♥♥♥!), and Violet Crumble Cake..thing. XD And when we have parties in my mom's side, my Auntie Nena brings her to-die-for Dark Chocolate Cake & fudge brownies. :3 It's useless to go on a diet when you're part of my family! You'll never get far because we all love to eat! XDDD
I'm tired and my head is throbbing. I'm still a little pooped from the concert yesterday, which was fun, btw. I had to be kikay and girly, when I'm usually NOT. ^_^' And I realized that my makeup stuff is severely lacking, so I had no choice but to be under the mercy of Ate Ann & Ate Joyce's hands. ^^' Hellooo~ I seldom need to put on heavy stage makeup anyway, so I don't think I'll ever get used to it. ^^' And our last costume change was white and metallic... and it's funny because I don't like wearing white pants, and I hate heels, and I was wearing both. XD
Anyway, I didn't know some of my uncles would be there (my dad invited them), and when I came on stage for the first song, I was freaked out by the isolated applause coming from the left side of the audience--where my parents and relatives were sitting! XD They're my number one fans, hehe. How sad! lol! XD
Oh, and I shouldn't have looked at gori_ren in the audience when he started singing his lovely solo...because she was grinning knowingly at me, and THAT MADE ME SMILE ON STAGE. AAAaaagghhh and my parents said it was so obvious, because everyone else wasn't smiling! T_T But I can't help that I'm in love with his voice!! Grr I must have looked silly. T_T
And my feet hurt from shopping with Karen this morning. I realized that I don't like shopping for clothes, unless I have something particular in mind. Otherwise, I spend most of my money on: 1)jrock stuff, 2)FOOD, 3)tech stuff, 4)earrings/necklaces (I can't resist the Shiny), 5)grooming necessities (when I run out). Bags, shoes & clothes are just an iiitty bitty percent of my personal expenses. It's like I'm not a girl! XDD
Lol, my weekend in a nutshell. ^^ I finally got around to capping some parts of Kuro Tent 2, but I don't think I'll post a review because I'm pretty tired.. and my brain is a little numb, that all I can say about it is " *___* ", and that's not even a word! XD But it'll be up on kurage really soon, and on silly_disco on Friday. :3
My head hurts! T_T I think I should take a break from staring at the computer screen, lol.
