I'm so looking forward to October; it has so much potential for greatness!
October 3rd I'm going to Athens, Georgia with Hannah, Tim, and Lauren to see the Avett Brothers. I've never been to Athens but I always hear that it's a really cool town/city, and I know that the show will be so much fun. It'll definitely draw a fun crowd.
October 10th, I'm going to Cape Canaveral to watch the shuttle launch! My friend Josh graduated last spring and works for NASA now, so we're going to stay with him (and there's a chance that he'll get a pass and be able to bring us to the launch pad when it blasts off!). It's going to be a late-night launch, which means it will look super awesome. Even though chances are we'll end up watching it from the beach, it'll still be really fun.
We have a 3-day weekend starting October 23rd and I'm driving to Savannah with Megan to visit Raquel. I've never been to Savannah, but I'm looking forward to having a blast (when the three of us are together, shit can happen!).
The next weekend after that is Halloween, and The Fest!
So basically, for every weekend in October except for one I have fun-filled plans. So excited!!
