biking and folk music and school starts tomarrow

it is the few minutes before work and i am loving the helly hanson under leggings that i got cause when i leave the house to bike to work i can see my breath.
the most beautiful part of my day is riding down the last hundred feet on one twenty forth, right before i hit the valley and i am still above the fog, but the sun dances on top. and i feel like im deep in the himalayas backpacking around. and that is the best feeling of all. if i stop and close my eyes to breath deeply i can almost taste the thick moisture in the air and i feel a million miles from home. but i never get much of a chance cause i never leave the house early enough to be satisfied, and it is cold on my way to work and i shouldn't stop moving. and im not even thinking much about school tomarrow.
unlike all you saps that are/were worried about college and the things that will/might/did happen this is my third year at a two year university (im a super sophmore!!!) and i am still living at home. not much new, and i still haven't even started my classes yet. school starts tomarrow. we officially are the latest starting school in the world. officially. schools where teachers went on strike didn't start this late. (i am starting to sound like a bad stand up comic. now i am done.)

last night my friend and i played our first duet of mandolin and guitar and it is so sweet. we are now "the peterson boys". hee hee hee. cause he is our inspiration. our ninth grade history teacher, sang us songs of the depression, and unions, and woody guthrie. and folk music rocks. or perhaps "folks"!?!?!?!? i now will no longer say rock on. i will now say folk on. and everyone will start to say it and it will be a trend to sweep the nation. huzzah and y'all out there in live journal land. folk on!!!!
