OH MY GOD! I have Microsoft Office back-- indeed, Microsoft Office Pro! And to think it only took 2 hours to get it via Morpheus. And all this time I've been grumbling about old roomie never returning my first copy. Dang. Only two hours. Ha! Now I can do my Russian project the easy way-- with PowerPoint. *sigh of contentment*

Last night was my last fiction workshop, and I didn't want to leave early for once. It was the only class in which I talked to everyone. I shall miss it, even though fiction frustrates me and Dr. Gee's commentary sometimes irks me. A majority of the people will be in poetry workshop though, so there shall be good times again. Huzzah!

Hmmmm, stuff, stuff... I don't guess I've updated in a while. I have pants that fit now; I had to concede that I was no longer shaped like a junior and therefore could NOT wear most junior pants. Said concession led to much happier dressing room experiences. It's strange how a jump from odd to even numbers drastically changes fit. But happily I can still wear juniors shirts; or at least it's less offensive to wear too-small shirts than too-small pants. *shudder*

Andrew bought me a hat. It's a man's hat really, but I like it. I don't know how to describe it exactly. One of the guys working at Blackbird has one like it... it's shaped like a mesh between a Civil War army hat and a conductor hat. Hmm. I can't find any convenient names for it, like cloche or newsboy.

We watched American Psycho a few days ago. I wanted to see Batman being a whacked-out killer, and that's definitely what he was. It was... weird. I didn't think you could drop a chainsaw from a landing and successfully hit someone two floors below. It's also ambiguous whether he actually commits the murders or just imagines them... either way, dude's crazy.

Jen's visiting this Thursday. I foresee Kuroshika and, well, I don't know what else there is to do in Millyville, but something. Kitty won't be coming up with her, but Andrew and I might get a chance to visit them both in Florida during winter break.

And Grimm, after abandoning the building of bubble nests for MONTHS, built not one, not two, but THREE bubble nests yesterday! Two of them have merged, but it still looks like someone just spit in the bowl. It's nice that he's perked up a little though.

Can't think of anything else to report right now. Just trying to hold it together for two more weeks. Then, hopefully: unperturbed peace and relaxation; henna; productive things. Regeneration. That's a suitable term.
