I meant to do a real update, but I've been brooding for forever, it seems like. I have that drained, resentful feeling I had during the 2 Weeks of Silence That Were and Must Never Be Again. So... you people get this fluff instead:

I ganked it from somebody's journal I found via blog-hopping.
Andrew and I saw Charlie and the Chocolate Factory last night. I think it was more in the spirit of Roald Dahl (creepy bastard that he was) than the original film. Very good. That's not a Johnny Depp I will be fantasizing about, however. Too many MJ vibes. And I want to see The Corpse Bride when it comes out. Heck, every movie preview I saw last night was tempting. Also: corporate finally gave some money to Carmike, and they have stadium seating with NEW carpet and NEW seats and a NEW showtime marquis in the box. Sexyyy. I also d/led Danny Elfman's Charlie soundtrack last night. Hehehe. Freaky technofied oompa-loompa schtuff.
