how about less oil, why is that so hard to imagine?
the burning oil for fuel is not the only utility of crude oil, we have alternative sources for vehicle fuel and always have. the internal combustion engine was designed to run on alcohol, its an obvious fuel because it burns cleaner. the diesel engine was made to run on vegetable oil, just like the kind that gets thrown away everyday from restaurants, the oil that you have to pay to have disposed of.
this seems so obvious because the kind of people i know have been talking about it for as long as i can remember. why is it that there are no companies putting this into policy? why is it that business is not changing?
i suppose it is, very slowly, but only with the impetus of high gas prices and war.
people as a mass are ignorant and slow to change, but a person, an individual can change in one day when the will is applied. why dont more people change for themselves? just a little everyday.
