video won't play
hi folks.
have to do my smart serve certification, and i'm all payed up, and signed up, but for some reason the video won't play when i try to. not on firefox or explorer. i have updated everything they have asked me to. i have made sure that other players (quick time...) won't try to play it first (automaticly) but the video won't play. when i right click on the video, and look under properties, it indicates there is no video to play (00:00 minutes) what else can i do? i can play other videos, like on youtube. but others i can't play, ones on MSN's web page ie.
any suggestions?
