American Gladiators Training Status
Running: 2 miles in 20 minutes 6 seconds (FASTER DAMMIT, augh short legs)
Pushups: 37 in 1 minute (resulting in jelly arms)
Situps: 34 in 1 minute (totally pathetic, need more core training)
Pullups: 3 (with a lot of flailing on 2 and 3)
Workout Mix: Iron Man soundtrack; previously: Kanye West "Stronger", Madonna "4 Minutes", Drowning Pool "The Man Without Fear", Joan Jett "Bad Reputation", Gym Class Heroes "The Queen and I", Britney Spears "Break the Ice" "Freakshow" and "Toxic", Tech Itch "The Real", Overseer "Supermoves", Juno Reactor "Pistolero", Fatboy Slim "Right Here Right Now", Teriyaki Boyz "Tokyo Drift", Cobra Starship "Snakes on a Plane" (was still ironing out the kinks in that lineup)
I need to put in about a million laps at the pool but now that it's the summer time it's hella crowded. I think I'm going to switch to a closer 24 hour fitness place and just start swimming at 1AM or something when nobody's there.
Ooooor. Anybody got a pool? (Haha yeah right) As always, those contributing to my American Gladiators success will get a nice little gift once I get my prize money.
On an unrelated note: HOLY SHIT did anyone see the Stephen Colbert / Rain dance off? IT WAS AMAZING.
