Giving money away is illegal !!
this is hilarious, last night i decided to throw away some dollar bills out the window while riding in my friend's car and lo' and behold we were stopped by the police-o for littering.... fuuuuuuuunny
and i guess appropriate too as dollar bills these days are probably worth less than the materials and energy needed to make them
ps. they interrogated me and asked for id and i complied not out of fear but out of consideration for my friend as he didnt really like my idea in the first place... had it just been me i would've exercised my right to remain silent under the 5th amendmet
pss. no fine and certainly no jail, just some bullying and ridiculing on behalf of the police officer because i happen to find something fun that he (and most people) wouldn't find fun, well i'm sorry but i don't pay taxes just so i can get ridiculed and i told him so
