Description of the book: Sophie Mercer is a witch with more than enough problems for one teenager. A few too many magical mishaps land her in the Juvenile delinquent boarding school for prodigium children- Hecate Hall- also known as Hex Hall. When she arrives she learns of a very strange death of a former classmate and it is up to her to find out what happened.
Review: This was a lovely fun little tale with a Harry Potter-esque feel. The ending had a bit of a twist I was not expecting so the series seems to have already rapidly changed- I am interested to know what will happen in the subsequent books. :)
