Disney 2012 - Wednesday at Animal Kingdom
Wednesday was Animal Kingdom day. Crowd levels are 1.1 out of 10. They picked me up today to drive over to the park. We enjoyed the morning safari ride, and looking around some shops before character lunch at Tuskar House. This may have been a little chaotic for my taste, but big K loved it! We met Donald outside, then Daffy, Mickey, and Goofy inside.

We then walked around the park looking at exhibits, riding a spinny ride, and joining in some dance.
Big K caught up with one more character before going back for a nap. I stuck around to ride Expedition Everest, and then the rain came down once again. I found a ledge to stand on under the eave of a building. Some others joined me on the ledge, so we chatted a bit, and enjoyed watching people walking around soaked. After it stopped, I made my way back to the buses, taking a few pics of animals along the way.

That evening, we couldn't go back to the park since it closed at 6:00. So, the others came over my way to eat in the cafeteria. It was good food actually, and a nice break for the huge meals we were getting on the dining plan. We enjoyed walking around Port Orleans for a bit, and then called it a night.
