Finally facing my Waterloo...

Mamma Mia... totally as much fun the second time around. And surprisingly, for going to a 12:30 showing on Tuesday, the movie theater was filled! I thought for sure it would be fairly empty.

I just read that apparently there is a remake in the works of My Fair Lady starring Keira Knightley. Now... I don't mind Keira that much but I LOVE My Fair Lady and this news kills me. That movie is a classic for a reason! It's perfection. I can already imagine how unworthy it will be.

I'm kind of addicted to Wii Carnival Games. My coworker loaned me the game and I'm really enjoying it. And that's about all I've done on a Tuesday, lol. I feel so lazy. I really need to get off my butt and get my resume into shape so I can start applying for jobs. I just wish I could magically zoom by the resume/interview stuff and just land in a really great job. Why is that not possible?

Haven't read Breaking Dawn yet but I am prepared to laugh hysterically. Maybe that's being harsh but I just... well, I wasn't expecting much to begin with and then the reviews/responses started popping up.

I'm also trying desperately hard to make it through Eragon for about the 5th time. It's this month's teen book club selection and I just want to hit myself over the head with it. It is BAD. Awful really. But I will persevere. I've read equally bad stuff so I guess I can make more of an effort.

And that's about it for me lately. Kind of a pointless post. I think of stuff during the day to post but I never actually seem to be near the computer to post it. And then I cannot remember. :\

Hope you are all having a most excellent week!

ETA: Totally random but I love how on Facebook my brother has added EVERYONE with the same last name as ours. (not a common last name, so there aren't a lot.) I don't think we are related to any of them, but it makes me laugh. I would never do that. Heck, I don't even have most of my cousins friended because well, I don't like them all that much.

books, movies, pointless post
