Movies seen within the last few days (and my reactions.)

Definitely, Maybe: Quite good. I like Ryan Reynolds a lot and I loved the way this love story played out.

Cloverfield: Okay. Monsters were icky but otherwise, okay.

The Other Boleyn Girl: Okay. It was nice to see Jim Sturgess again. Still detest Scarlett Johansson.

La Vie En Rose: Very good. I definitely think Marion Cotillard deserved her Academy Award.

(I love being able to rent movies for free from work. It's a small job perk.)

My Gmail seems to be working okay now that I cleared my cache and such. I don't know why it went funky like that. That never happened with my other Firefox.

And like I said before, BIG THANKS for all your congratulations. It really made my weekend seem even better. My flist is the best, for sure.

And a weekend recap: Saturday, after class was over I celebrated by going to Target and then going to the casino buffet where I gorged myself way too much but yum, it was good. Then I lost some money in the casino, but not a lot cause yeah, I only brought $6.00 cash so I felt ok about that.

Sunday: Lots of sun. For real. I went for a very long walk, then I washed/waxed/vaccumed out my car, then I spent two hours volunteering for my library's booth at our local summer celebration. It was hot and not many people seemed all that interested in the library's booth unfortunately but, what the heck, something else I can put on my resume.

Only one more day left of work this week! Woo hoo! Then I'm celebrating with a nice long weekend. :) I'm just going to relax and maybe do some resume stuff, maybe not. I'm not going to stress too much about that yet.

What about you all, any fun Independence Day plans for those of you in the US? Or just fun weekend plans for all my other friends? I don't really have any plans unfortunately. But oh well, I'm going to see the fireworks at night and that's always fun.

And yay, Monday is almost over!

thank you!, weekends, holidays, movies
