My latest obsession.
So, I've become somewhat majorly obsessed with Manga. In particular, I've been devouring the Mars series and I just bought Sand Chronicles volume 1 today and I have already finished it! For real, manga is like crack. I never thought I'd be able to appreciate it or even like it I guess but um, yeah, I way, way love it. Or at least some of it. I tried reading Naruto volume 1 for my young adult class and was bored out of my skull. I have a bunch on request at the library but if any of you read manga and have any recommendations I'd love to hear them. I've read some Fruits Basket. I like it ok, it seems to be getting better the more I read. I had a really fun discussion with a library user earlier this week about Fruits Basket actually.
TV tonight majorly. And then more reading I guess. I'm going to enjoy my down time while I have it. Last night was my last class for this semester. I start my new classes May 12. We had a big potluck and I think just about everyone in my class brought something. There are about 22 people in that class and we just had so much food. It was a lot of fun. A good way to end the semester. :)
Well, it's kind of chilly and it's rainy here right now so I'm just going to settle in for the night, watch my taped episode of ANTM, and just relax. Hope you can all do the same!
