The difference a sunny day can make!

You guys, it's sunny out! Not quite warm, only 44 but it's SUNNY! I am so happy. I have so much homework to do but I haven't done anything yet so far today. No motivation when it's finally sunny and it looks like some weather in the 60s will be coming this week. I'm preparing to do homework now but only after going for a long walk, helping my mom cut down some bushes, and just spending some time outside. Even with the chill, it's so great being outside. For real, I think (HOPE HOPE HOPE!) spring may finally be here to stay.

Another good thing: I just got an email from my YA prof updating me about my grade status so far. I have 35/40 points so far but only because I haven't given my second book talk yet for which he says: but of course that's only because you have yet to give your second booktalk, which will bump you back up to 100 percent. So even though I have not given the book talk yet he fully anticipates giving me 100% for it. Wow. That's on the one hand great, but also, why did I prepare so hard then? Argh. I'm not getting down about this, it's good news and that's that.

For all you Indiana Jones fans out there, they have Indiana Jones M&M's in stores now with little hats on the M's and other cute little things which somehow must relate to the movies. Never having seen any of the Indiana Jones movies, I cannot say for sure, but I thought the hats were adorable.

IT'S SUNNY OUT! I'm so happy. And I'm having Chicken barley soup for dinner and it's going to be delicious. :D

Also, I'm totally thinking about buying a dress for graduation. For real you guys, I haven't worn a dress since my Confirmation in 10th grade. That's a long time ago. But I'm kind of excited for it. I don't know, it's a big moment so I want to dress up for it I guess.

Hope you all had a good weekend!
