I seem to have accidentally overdosed on caffeine. It is quite annoying as I don't believe there is anything I can do but wait for my body to process it. I was brewing a loose-leaf lady grey tea. I must have brewed it too strong or it must have a greater caffeine content then I was expecting (I really wish things would tell you their caffeine

Oh, the other annoying thing was when I was regularly seeing what looked like small things flying at my head, but they also weren't external to my eye. Either these things went away, which is possible, or my brain has mostly filtered it out. I don't notice either of these often anymore. I do still get all sorts of random visual stuff though. Flashing lights now and then (a very bad sign of visual problems, but in my case I've come to mostly disregard it). Occasional just random brightness. And in both cases, the light is brighter than normal light, about the only thing I can think of that might be as bright is burning magnesium, which you're not supposed to look at. It's not surprising, it's probably caused by pressure on the retina. Your brain interprets pressure as light. Normally, you don't fully trigger any area of your retina, but I think sometimes the pressure gets a section thinking it is entirely flooded with light. It's ~bright~.
I like the line "I have seen things that you'll never see", because it amuses me. I have seen many, many things. The weirdest ones were back when the proliferation was more present, both before they surgically removed most of it and the after effects of having my eye lasered. I really wish I were an artist, as I thought it would be neat to do a bunch of still lifes or paintings of scenery, except painting in the effects of vision changes. But these days my vision isn't wonky enough to be as fascinating. Nor is my brain quite so actively adjusting to trying to interpret far less visual data... top down processing is fun, for some reason it had a tendency to take ambiguous splotches and make me see them as monkey faces a lot. I was seeing monkeys in all sorts of things, kind of like how one sort of sees this or that in a cloud shape.
