Gardening, Art, and Turtle Shells
Did some more garden work today. Mostly my focus was on art though. I wish there was more time to spring break. But then again my classes are almost over. I really need to make sure I have everything and double check the days and times of the exams, errgh.
My grandparents came back from our farm in Mississippi today where they'd bush-hogged the fields, and grandpa gave me a turtle shell they found. Apparently the poor critter had tried to crawl under something (the fence I think) and got stuck. No telling how long it had been there considering all the meat had decayed out of, or been picked clean from the shell by animals.
I'll share pictures of it tomorrow if I have the chance to take any. I'll also share an image that is just too amusing to me. An ad for the laser eye surgery. I think I might get it framed, it is so funny.
