The best half day EVER.
Yeah, so today was definitely a half day at school today. awesome. True, i did have both of my hard classes but OMG it was so worth it. Well, right after school I went to Andy's house and hung out with him for a couple of hours:-D ...that was a lot of fun. Then Christina picked me up and, after dropping Andy off at the skate park, we went to the school to catch the bus to the Duxbury meet.
After waiting a little while for the bus to show up...we finally went and I find out that i'm swimming the 100 back and the 4 free relay. INSANE. So, of course, i'm wicked nervous...
When its finally my time to swim I get all pumped and really listen to what Joshy has to say about my swim...I go into this event with a 1:11.2 (i just swam it 2 days ago) and when i finish i look up to see Melissa Chang congratulating me on my 1:09.59 BABY! SO EXCITED! ....the sectionals cut was 1:09.88 and i so made it!...my first sectionals cut EVER. AaAAhhHh!
THEN on top of that, we went to Wendy's for dinner with the team! we always do after Duxbury but today it seemed especially sweet. I also got to bond with my girlie's Kristin and Caroline on the way home. :-D yay...
Today rules everything.
