The bedroom
My dream room is only that for now, a dream. It will have a light-oak pencil-post canopy bed (queen-size) with a slatted headboard as its central feature, with two night tables flanking it. On one side of the room a large bookcase will take up most of the wall, on another side a low dresser with deep drawers and a mirror over it.
The canopy will be swathed in deep blue gossamer hangings with silver specks, and the bedclothes will be deep blue 300-count cotton. Two pillows will be down, two more will be polyfill, and there will be several throw pillows in leopard print. The down coverlet will also be blue with leopard print edging.
On each table there will be a small lamp with a leopard shade, and naughty thingies in each one's drawer. Wall-mounted speakers will fill the room with music from the stereo on a bookcase shelf, and scented candles will be scattered around the room for ambience.
There's only one thing left to add. I'm sure you can guess what it would be... *blush*
