These are comments I posted long ago on friends' blogs on other sites (namely Adult FriendFinder), I C&P (copy and paste) them here because I like how they came out.
Yes, I am a monster of vanity and conceit. Deal with it.
on a post about "Society and it's misguided rules": "There's something you may not have thought of... self-esteem does not spring full grown like Athena from Zeus' head. It has to be planted, nurtured and trained from infancy. We believe what our parents tell us about ourselves, then what our peers say, and society as well."
on what we do "When no one's looking": "I am more my true self here (my blog/online in general) than I am permitted to be in real life; here there are no expectations, no pressures, no need to hide. Here I am free."
on "Jobs": "Haven't you noticed that the more unnecessary a job is the better it pays? *lOOks @ Congress* Teachers, nurses, cops, social workers, they all get peanuts compared to your average corporate manager. (Don't get me started on CEO benefits, okay?) And why should medical residents have to be awake 40 hours at a stretch? Even 6 hours of forced wakefulness impair judgement and sensory perception. Sorry, but I want my doctor to be all there if I'm taken to the ER."
on "Eating out...": "In my experience, a man spearing something off a female friend's plate (in jest or not) when dining out in a group is marking his territory; he announces to other males 'I want her, back off!'
As for couples, feeding each other (especially the feeding of the female by the male)* is a form of acceptable public eroticism. I will practice it depending on my partner's willingness first, then the venue -both how 'proper' the place is and how much prvacy it affords-."
