Well, Chris starts classes Monday. I hope it all works out with the shoes I bought for hom (he needs a specific type of outsole, let's hope these are good!).
After he gets settled as far as classes are concerned he'll look for a P/T job. I was thinking of ways to raise money other than selling blood or the left lobe of my liver (although that's probably very valuable, the logistics are daunting).
So... maybe I should organize a prix-fixe luncheon for UTI students once a month? Something on the order of spaghetti and meatballs/arroz con pollo/jambalaya, a small salad (cole slaw, mainly) and a fruit or Kool-Aid type drink for a set price. In short, stuff that can be cooked on a large scale, has cheap raw materials, and is popular with (almost) everyone.
I'd love to hear some thoughts on this...
