Another year ends...
This has been the second most eventful year I've had that I can remember. (The most eventful aka stressful was from mid '03 to mid '04.)
In the last year I:

In the last year I:
- adopted a kitten (late December 2006)
- saw my little sister appear in an indie movie made in Panama
- was personal interpreter for Louise Arbour, the UN High COmmissioner for Human Rights, when she visited Panama
- met Chris after almost two years of online friendship
- got engaged
- worked as a temp for the UN Information Center in Panama
- Helped my mom make my wedding dress (by hand no less)
- said goodbye to a loved pet (Frida the Dobie)
- moved in with my dad for a couple of months
- bought a domain name for my translation business
- moved to the US
- got traumatically separated form my Vassily at the airport
- settled in with my husband and his family
- bought a bed
- GOT MARRIED!!
- introduced my mom and sisters to my husband and in-laws
- bought a van
- sold the van to a junkyard
- worked online
- bought furniture (bookcases and dressers)
- met new friends
Not a bad year at all, huh?
