exercise is not good for your health
Aieeee! I went to the gym this morning at the bright and early time of 6am, for what has to be the first time in a year. I joined this place a month ago, and haven't been due to being sent all over the place resulting in can't-be-bothered. But I finally bit the bullet and turned up.
And now I can't move my arms. I'm such a wimp :P
On the bright side, I think that my cough is marginally better today.
And tonight, fleshing out my latest plan of evil to inflict upon my poor Nobilis players, who currently believe that they are moving happily along the plot bandwagon... heh heh heh.
