Its day 5 since my NEW Samsung Omnia was sent for servicing.
And, this is the 2nd time I'm sending it there for servicing and I seriously hope that my visit there stops RIGHT ABOUT NOW!
I'm super disappointed with their service and it totally tarnished my image for Samsung products.
Basically, this is what I commented about their atrocious service...
I would like to feedback on the service of your customer service (in general).
On the 23/09/2028, I send my above mentioned Hp for service and I was promised by the staff (ms corie) that it will be done, the most in 3 days time.
Apparently it's the 5th day now and I have yet to receive any confirmation/updates regarding my collection from anyone of you. Is this the usual practice you people are giving to your customers?
This is the 2nd time I've visited the customer service counter ever since I bought my Hp. Seriously, I really hope that I there will never be a third time I'm visiting the customer service counter again.
Today, I went down to Causeway Point outlet to collect my Hp when I was then only told that they have yet to get the mother board changed. That wasn't the kind of answer I'm expecting! The staff actually told me that I shouldn't be there today because I'm not told to go down to collect. Yes! I was not told to go down, neither I was told that it is ready or still pending.
Please take the above mentioned comments into deep consideration because this is seriously, a great disappointment I'm receiving from you guys. Once again, I'm excepting to receive updates on my Hp service status and to be kept in the loop of any failure to meet the scheduled, if any.
