It's been a while since I last posted, so I thought I'd throw something random today.
It's also been a while since I last wore my winter jacket - March this year if the slightly screwed-up torn-out scrap of newspaper with an almost-finished Su-Doku puzzle is anything to judge by. I thought the pockets seemed somewhat heavy, and on closer inspection, found the following among their contents:
- A 60g Double Decker bar
- Trouser clips for riding a bicycle
- 3 plastic forks
- 2 drinking straws
- A packet of Trebor Mini-mints
- About 30 napkins from Nero, AMT Espresso, Gregs, and other such establishments
- A mechanical pencil
- 9 old train tickets, mostly Saver Returns between London Zones 1-3 and Cambridge
- 2 London Underground maps
- My "receipt" for being Section 44 (Part 2)'ed at Euston Northern Line tube on the 27th February
I'd like to raise the following question: What interesting and forgotten things has anyone else re-discovered in their coat pockets? Any interesting stories to tell?
