Lights, Camera(s), Auditions!
So I decided that now is a good time as any to start auditioning and learning the ropes when it comes to promoting myself as an actor. I know I have a lot to work on so I am still participating in acting workshops and I'll also audition for an acting school.
I did at least two auditions so far. One was a student film and another is a voice acting role for a short 3D film. I heard back from the student that they had a lot of applicants so I wasn't picked to audition. I have not heard back from the voice acting thing. That's ok too. I'm just glad I've at least done some headshots and I will work on creating a video reel sometime next month before Thanksgiving.
I'm debating on whether or not to audition for an acting school. We'll see with what my day job budget brings soon and what is going on in current events.
I'm glad I found something non-job related to focus on. I want to pursue my hobbies, as a way to keep me sane somehow.
