I am sitting in Kristyn's room waiting to have lunch with her. We had a great weekend with Beth and Dave. We saw the Twins baseball game on Saturday. The Twins didn't play well and they lost. It was fun to watch the game. Sunday we went to church and had a wonderful lunch of steak tacos. After we went for a drive to I think Lake Minnetonka. It was beautiful. Dave and Beth found a new place to swim. Not very crowded. We went grocery shopping and trying to find a good bathing suit for Beth. No luck in the bathing suit department. All of the suits are now halter style. Beth and I made a quick dinner of salad and lemon pepper chicken. The food was great. We then went swimming. Fun. I then worked on my sweater that I am knitting. I am finally to the sleeves. I am very happy about the sweater. It might take me a little longer but it looks pretty good. This is the first time I am making something this big. Most of my stuff has been crocheting afgans or scarfs.
Tomorrow I am back with Beth and Dave. Beth is taking a half a day. I am not sure what we are going to do. Kristyn and I are going to the movies and grocery shopping. She needs fresh vegetables and fruit.
Wednesday I head back to the UP. I have a job interview at Maurices on Thursday and hopefully a job interview with Americorps soon. Please everyone pray for the job interviews. I would like to have some extra income. The Americorps job would be great. It would have me working back in the schools.
