Great news. I have been telling people that I am not coming back to St. Mary. Everyone that I have told has been very supportive. I know that I enjoy teaching but this is not the place for me. I have only 6 1/2 days left. I am planning on telling the 7th graders on Monday June 3rd. I am not going to tell the 8th graders. I have a couple of job applications out but, I am not sure what is going to happen. This is a big leap of faith. I know that the kids will be fine. They will bounce back. I know now that I will be fine. It has taken a while but it will be good.
I cannot wait to be in the UP. Life is good.
