Note : I got my inspiration from here It just amused me how Hyuk called Hae weirdo just because of decorating Christmas tree XD Oh, and MERRY CHRISTMAS ^____^
It was cold today. Eunhyuk tightened his thick coat around his body as he walked hurriedly under the rain of snow. All he could hear on the road was the chatter of people around him with Christmas jingle from the shops around in the background. It was almost that time of the year already. Eunhyuk sighed in relief when he saw the building of Super Junior’s dorm. Finally he could rest in a warm place.
He nodded and smiled politely at the security guard on the entrance as he walked in. Shivering, he quickly made his way to his dorm. He rummaged his jeans pocket to search for the key. “Damn…where’s the key?” he cursed under his breath. He searched the side pocket, back pocket, even his coat’s pocket but all he could find only some coins and candies.
Sulking, he decided to go and wait at the other dorm until someone from his dorm got back from whenever they went to. He dragged himself to the elevator. All he wanted was just a nice nap at his warm bed but he guess it couldn’t be done today.
When he arrived, he knocked on the door but no one’s answering. He pushed the bell too but still no one opened the door for him. He frowned. There was no way that there’s no one in there because Eunhyuk could hear voices from the inside. He tried to turn the knob and grinned when the door opened.
Inside, he could see Heechul sitting on the kitchen table with Siwon talking to him with a serious face and a bible on his hand. On the sofa, their leader fell asleep with the TV on. His eyes wandered again and found his best friend and lover was on the corner of the living room. Eunhyuk’s eyes softened as he saw Donghae was humming random Christmas song while setting up the Christmas tree.
Without saying anything to any members, Eunhyuk walked casually to the excited fishy. “You seem so happy.” He said to the younger man.
Donghae looked at him for a second, smiled then focused back on his task, putting up some fake snow here and there on the tree.
Eunhyuk felt like the fishy had just ignored him. “Do you want me to help?” he tried to get the other’s attention again but this time Donghae was either didn’t heard him or just flat out ignoring him because the younger man didn’t even turned to him.
The dance machine frowned. He didn’t like to be ignored, especially by his own lover. Like a jealous kid, Eunhyuk grabbed the candies ornament from Donghae’s hand, making the other to look at him in shock. “Why are you doing this anyway? It’s so boring.” He looked at the half decorated tree with a bored face.
“Give it back!” Donghae tried to grab the ornaments back but Eunyuk was faster. He stood up in tip toes, trying to keep them out of the fishy’s reach.
“Give it back!” The fishy jumped, tried to grab the items. Unfortunately for him though, his monkey was still wearing his shoes and his insoles so their height difference was quite apart.
Eunhyuk was enjoying the attention his fishy gave to him and tried with all his might to keep the ornament out of the other’s reach. The joy didn’t last long though. Suddenly the candy cane ornament was grabbed from him and the fishy got his item back.
“Thank you Heechul hyung!” Donghae beamed at the older man and hurry back to the tree before Eunhyuk could take it away again from him.
Eunhyuk opened his mouth to complain to the princess of Suju but he quickly shut his mouth wisely when he saw the glare Heechul gave him.
“Let him have his fun or else.” Heechul gave him his famous smirk before he walked into his room and slammed the door shut before Siwon could follow him inside.
“Eunhyuk just let him be…” Eeteuk murmured softly from the sofa. Donghae’s yell had woken him and he just wanted to nap again before he had to go to another show.
Grumbling, Eunhyuk ignored his hyungs request and went to bug his fishy again. This time he pulled off the ornaments that had neatly hung on the tree.
“Hyukkie, stop that!” Donghae cried out, hitting Eunhyuk’s arm. He grabbed all the ornaments that the other had put down and held it protectively over his chest, glaring at the monkey. “What’s wrong with you?!”
“What? You’re not doing a good job with the tree!” Eunhyuk retorted back, smiling inside when he saw his lover fumed. He could see his own reflection from the other’s dark eyes and it was strangely made him felt self satisfied. “You shoul-aaaaahhh!” Eunhyuk’s words got cut off by the sudden pain on his ear.
“Stop bugging everyone, you little rascal!” Kangin growled as he pulled on Eunhyuk’s ear like a father punishing his naughty child.
“Aaaaahhh..hyung, it’s hurts!” Eunhyuk groaned in pain.
“Do you understand me?” Kangin growled menacingly.
“Ye-yes hyung. I’ll shut up!”
Kangin nodded in satisfaction and let go of the poor man’s ear. He walked to sit on the floor before Eeteuk and grinned at him. “There hyung, you could rest again.” He gave him a wink and a thumb up.
Eeteuk smiled and patted his dongsaeng’s head. “Thank you, Kangin.”
“Your welcome, Teukie love~” Kangin smiled proudly and kissed Eeteuk’s cheek affectionately.
Eunhyuk want to puke at the lovey dovey couple. That was so cheesy. He sulked and glanced at the ignorant fishy who was already back to his tree decoration thing and was currently humming cheerfully to himself.
He was tempted to go there again but one glance at Kangin made him cancelled his mind and instead he went to the corner to sit and sulk.

“So our Donghae-shi is decorating the tree right now!” Leeteuk said on the mic. They were doing Sukira right now.
“Tsk, I don’t understand why he’s doing this stuff while he could do more productive things.” Like talking to me instead of that tree!. Eunhyuk added in his mind. “He’s such a weirdo.” Eunhyuk rolled his eyes.
Eeteuk nudged him on the ribs, stopping whatever things Eunhyuk wanted to say and quickly cut him off by changing the topic.
Really…he’s such a weirdo…getting all excited like that for a tree… Eunhyuk frowned.

“Hyukkie, hyukkie!”
Eunhyuk groaned at being shaken to real world by someone bouncing on his narrow bed. Groggily, he sat up and blinked the sleep from his mind. He almost jumped in surprise when the Santa glomped at him. Why was Santa hugging him? Is it a dream?
“Hyukkie, wake up!” The Santa slapped him lightly on his cheek and just then the dancer realized that it was only Donghae with a Santa Clause hat.
“What is it? I’m sleepy…” Eunhyuk was about to lie down again but Donghae pulled him up and out of his dorm. It was dark outside. It seemed that Donghae didn’t even bother to turn on the lamp on his journey to Eunhyuk’s room. He wondered how Donghae managed to reached his room in one piece when Donghae fell, pulling him so both of them ended up in the floor.
Donghae grinned sheepishly at the older man. “Oopsss?”
Eunhyuk didn’t even have time to say anything before he was grabbed again. He frowned when he realized that Donghae had intended to bring him to the upper level dorm.
“Damn it, Hae. I’m not a doll that you can drag anywhere!” He protested when Donghae pushed him inside the dorm. He wanted to complain more but when he looked inside the dorm, he was speechless. The living room was dimly lit and was decorated by candles and colorful electric decoration lamp, making the room looked surreal. The Christmas tree was no longer stood in the corner but now it was on the center of the room. It was standing proudly. On the top of the tree, instead of a star, there’s a Eunhae doll hugging each other with a star in the middle.
“Merry Christmas!” Donghae smiled proudly at the stunned look on the other’s face. “It looks good, right? Right?” He asked excitedly.
Eunhyuk turned to his lover and laughed. “Where the hell did you get that doll?” he pointed at the top of the tree.
“I got it from Teukie hyung who got if from a fan! Isn’t that cute? Well, personally I think my doll is cuter but yours is cute too!” he beamed.
“Tsk, mine is cuter than yours.” Eunhyuk shook his head. “Anyway, it still weeks before Christmas, Hae. Have you checked your calendar?” He teased, poking the other’s forehead.
Donghae huffed and crossed his arms across his chest, making him looked like a cute version of Santa Clause. “I know! I just want to spend our first Christmas together as a couple because you know…I might not be here on 25th…” his face turned sad just like a puppy being kicked. “You don’t have to be here if you don’t want to.” Donghae frowned and turned his back to his lover.
This time it was Eunhyuk who pulled Fishy and embraced him tightly. “Merry Christmas.” He said, showing off his gummy smile to his younger lover.
Just like that, Donghae’s face beamed again and he pulled Eunhyuk to sit before the tree.
“Here, here a Christmas gift for you!” Donghae picked up a big Christmas sock and gave it to his lover.
“But I don’t have anything for you right now.” Eunhyuk said but he took the gift nonetheless.
Donghae just smiled and snuggled to him, nuzzling his head to Eunhyuk’s shoulder with a sigh. “That’s okay! Just stay with me like this until morning…” He closed his eyes and just felt how tired he was. He hadn’t had any sleep or rest from this morning until dawn. The unique scent of Eunhyuk didn’t help him to stay awake. It just felt too soothing and comfortable.
Eunhyuk looked at his side and sighed contentedly when he saw the other had fallen asleep. He looked around the living room and awed at the beauty Donghae had managed to create. Just for him, he realized. His heart was instantly filled with warmness. He felt stupid for bad mouthing him earlier. He chuckled at how childish he was.
He leaned his head to the right and gave Donghae a soft kiss on the lips before resting his head against Donghae’s. He closed his eyes and just feeling the warmth beside him and the faint Christmas jingle from the tree. It felt so peaceful. He hadn’t felt at ease like this for a long time.
“Merry Christmas…”
