Hey everyone. I have been doing a lot of thinking lately. This goes back to my gender blues. So, in my thinking I was wondering what would be better for me; getting a wig or having extensions? And as well as wigs work for most people, I always feel ridiculous wearing them. Plus, they make me feel really hot and uncomfortable and just kind of silly

There are computer programs that can give you an idea of what a kind of hair style would look like on you. I say take a lot of screencaps of it and post it, have a poll. Either that, or find a wig place that will let you try on a bunch of wigs without purchasing.

As far as extensions go, if you are prepared for all the work that goes with having them, go for it. Remember, it requires a special comb, special shampoo, etc. And I don't know about hair products or anything. And once you cut it, it obviously cannot "grow" longer. Why don't you go for a consultation at a beauty parlor you trust?
